The Sparkling Wine Route | Bubbles & Wineries
A day devoted to sparkling wine in Luján de Cuyo. Visits to selected wineries, tastings and a multi-course lunch at Chandon reveal different styles, production methods and pairings.
The day begins in the morning with pick-up from a centrally located Mendoza hotel, followed by the journey to Luján de Cuyo. The first visit is at Cruzat or Dante Robino, where the introduction to the world of sparkling wine begins with a winery tour and tasting. The route continues at Alta Vista or Kaiken, adding a second visit and tasting among vineyards and Andean scenery. At midday, the experience culminates at Chandon with a multi-course lunch designed to explore different combinations of flavours and aromas. After lunch, the return to Mendoza begins, completing a day of approximately 8 hours.
