A cruise on Lake Nahuel Huapi combining two of Bariloche’s most emblematic landscapes: the nature and history of Isla Victoria and the distinctive Arrayanes Forest on the Quetrihué Peninsula.
The day begins with a transfer to Puerto Pañuelo, opposite the Llao Llao area, where we board for the journey across Lake Nahuel Huapi.
After approximately 30 minutes of navigation, we arrive at Puerto Anchorena in the central and narrowest part of Isla Victoria. Once ashore, several walking options are available, guided or independent, along marked trails.
We then resume navigation toward the Quetrihué Peninsula, home to Los Arrayanes National Park.
Here we follow a wooden boardwalk through the forest among arrayán trees that can exceed 15 meters in height. Their broad trunks and characteristic cinnamon-colored bark marked with white patches create one of the region’s most recognizable environments.
After the visit, we begin the return navigation.
