The experience
The route crosses some of the most emblematic landscapes of Tierra del Fuego National Park, a protected area where Patagonian forests reach the sea and coexist with lakes, glacial valleys, extensive peat bogs and bays along the Beagle Channel. The first stop is at the End of the World Train station. As an optional activity, with the ticket not included, travelers can take the 7-kilometer journey following part of the former route used by the prisoners’ train between 1910 and 1947. The train departs from the End of the World Station, makes an intermediate stop at La Macarena and ends inside the National Park.
