The experience
The route climbs to Garibaldi Pass, a privileged viewpoint with a unique panorama over the lakes ahead. From there, the descent begins and the journey leaves the main road to follow old logging tracks. Aboard 4x4 vehicles, the route crosses forest, mud and rocky terrain, reaching places that would otherwise be inaccessible. Lake Fagnano impresses with its scale and dramatic scenery. The adventure continues along the shore of Lake Fagnano before taking an interior track toward the smaller Lake Escondido, surrounded by an incomparable natural setting.

The place
This experience explores some of Tierra del Fuego’s most striking landscapes. Leaving Ushuaia, the route crosses the Fuegian Andes and climbs to Garibaldi Pass, offering a panoramic view of Lake Escondido. The adventure continues along old forest tracks and uneven terrain, crossing woods, mud and rocky sections aboard 4x4 vehicles.

Accessibility
The excursion is not adapted for wheelchair users. Getting into 4x4 vehicles and traveling over uneven roads may be difficult for guests with reduced mobility. It is not recommended during pregnancy or for guests with spinal, back or other conditions that may be aggravated by vehicle movement. Please consult before booking if in doubt.
Recommendations
